Here at Shear Artistry, it is our goal to provide you with a look that you love in an atmosphere that is friendly and professional. We take your well-being very seriously, and realize your time with us should be relaxing and uplifting.
While we do our best to respect your time and wishes, we have a few policies that are necessary to share with you.
Although we love children, we request that you not leave them unattended during your visit. Our team is very busy and cannot be responsible for damages done by your children.
Please turn off your cell phones when entering the salon. Take these moments for yourself and allow others to enjoy their visit as well.
Our services are 100% guaranteed when you are using our recommended professional home maintenance products. If you are not pleased with your service, notify us within one week and we will happily provide a technical adjustment.
Our stylists work by appointment. We strongly suggest you make a reservation before you leave so you can come in when it is most convenient for you. If you are unable to keep you reserved time, we ask that you give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand if there is no 24 hour notice for anything other than an emergency or illness, no shows may be billed for their scheduled service.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept personal checks; however, returned checks are an inconvenience and may be subject to a $15 fee.
